Dear Parent,
If you are reading this, then you probably can see your child’s grades, etc. Please look at the homework grade. It basically is telling you how many assignmetns they did. It is posted after every 5 assignmetns. If the grade is a 100, they did all 5. If it is an 80, they did 4. For a 60, they did 3. For a 40, they did 2. If a 20, they did only 1. If a 0, then they did none of them.
That grade usually determines how well they do on tests, too. “Practice makes perfect.”
If your child is not doing all the assignments, YOU need to come up with a plan.

1st period- Find the mean, median, and mode for #1-4 on a worksheet they were given in class (3 answers for each problem).
5th and 6th periods- No homework.
2nd period- Problems #4-11 on p. 79.

2nd period- #1-24 on Cancelling Practice (#3).
1st period- Were given an extra credit assignment on making a frequency table. It has to be done well to get credit, though.
5th period- Did not meet so the last assignment will be cheked on Monday.

In the 2nd period class, their assignment was a worksheet on Prime Factorization. They had started on it in class.

1st period- They are to do the odd problems on a worksheet I gave them. They have notes to help them, if they copied them, and the book has help on pages 30 and 31. The worksheet is on Properties.
2nd period- Page 38, #57-60 & #62-66.
